This is an example of rule of thirds because the girl holding the long board and looking away is in the left side focal point drawing all the attention to that side making it rule of thirds.
This is an example of rule of thirds because the guy in bike is in he top left focal point of the rule of thirds guide lines and this is drawing the eyes to the top left because it follows the guide lines as it should.
This is not an example of rule of thirds because the girl on the longboard is right in the middle of the photo which makes the photo completely full and doesn't draw the attention to one side.
This is not an example of rule of thirds because the girl with the surfboard is taking up the whole photo which is making the photo full and not drawing attention the one thing or side of the photo.
