Montage Activity 3

As editors exercise their ever-increasing power over information control, what limits would you impose on them as to the extent to which they can manipulate the photographic image? 

Devise a series of guidelines that will control the release of images that have been constructed for media use so that the public is aware as to the extent of the manipulation. 

 The media for instance uses before and after pictures a lot especailly for things like weight loss diets or even work out programs. They use these types of things because they don't want the people to truly know that she really looks like that. They want us to believe that being skinny is better then being a little thick which is just as fine as some who is really skinny but thats not what the media wants us to believe.
